To add to Brad's comment, the bird continued along Norswing Dr. south of the Coolidge Dr. trail entrance off of Highway 1 while I was there. It was opposite the houses along Norswing and was easily located by it's singing. Although it appears the bird is moving along the entire eastern side of the lagoon, it might be necessary at some point to walk the trail to get a look at it. Therefore, a word of caution - apply mosquito repellent before you head inside to walk the lagoon trail.

I don't see a post about the White-eyed Vireo still at Oceano this
morning. Some folks out of town may be contemplating trying for it so I
will note that the bird continues this morning. Although Oceano is
fairly large with lots of willows, when it flies a hundred yards or more
it can always be refound by its virtually incessant singing. An amazing
repertoire, by the way.
